Guitar Hero : The Movie

Story here.

Wasn't sure if this thread would go in D&D or here, but I decided to take a chance and post it here. Anyways, Brett Ratner losing all credibility as a film-maker is old news, but a movie completely based around Guitar Hero? Also he mentions doing 'God of War, the movie version' which is the most awkward wording ever, also very worrying. Is Ratner now in competition with Uwe Boll?

    All I could think the whole time I was trying to read that was how much I hate aint it cool news. And then how horrible/comical this movie would be.

    If Mr. Ratner has his way, we will get a funny trailer, but it will be a full length film we can see in a theater.

    I honestly do not like AICN either, but I was already on there for some unknown reason and I saw it and impulse link'd.

    If I made a guitar hero movie it would be about a guy who travels the world with a guitar hero controller that shoots lightning and rock blasts and he would battle aliens and yetis and the loch ness monster and the last boss would be a rock-off with Lucifer.

    I was actually going to say the last boss would be the devil like in Pick of Destiny, but I decided on Lucifer as like a fallen angel. So picture an angel but with like black armor and bat wings. And a rock-off with him.

    Well it can't be Pick of Destiny Lucifer, because that would infringe on copyright. He can look similar though.

    Well, as in goat legged and completely obscene. Not literally the exact same one. :P

    Though Dave Grohl did do a good job at it.
