Just like the title says
Is there a way for me to combine two mp3 files to play as a single track?

Back to back? One on top of the other? Audacity is a superb open-source audio editor.

    Awesome
I want them to play back to back for use in Audiosurf, since they're transitional anyway

At the risk of sounding like an ass, how would I do this using Audacity, since I've never used the program before and there's a lot of buttons
I figured out how to import audio but after that I'm lost

Import both, they should appear as separate waveforms. Then use the tool that looks like this <-> to drag the second one to the end of the first. Zoom in for more accuracy.
