    Johnny Bravo is one of the greatest cartoons from my youth I took for granted, it's so much funnier now.

    I spent a whole afternoon a while back trying to find a way to watch it online, I couldn't in the end. :/

    Pretty much, yeah.

    There's only some 5 seconds of footage that changes in between the ads, so they've got the budget for 4 commercials dumped mostly into a single 30 second advert. That leaves a lot of room for quality.
