My roommate bought a hand gun

So, it seems that my roommate just bought a hand gun... from a thrift store... for three dollars. I'm not quite sure what I think of this turn of events.

It doesn't have a safety.

    So I got an e-mail a while back from a guy looking for a roommate for college

    his handle was Mike UNIBOMBER (well, at least phonetically)

    And he was talking about where he got a place and kept saying how close it was to a certain gun store.
