What the hell imageshack?

So I have been using imageshack.us for all my image rehosting needs for a long time now, but I am pretty sick of them now.
It might be a problem at my end, but it seems it has been getting slower and slower over the last year or so.
They have also discontinued the awesome firefox extension that added a "rehost on imageshack" option to the right click menu, in favour of their great new toolbar...
Now they have done something even stupider.
I don't mind that they always have had links to their site displaying the image, instead of just direct links to images, since they haven't ever inconvenienced me, and I understand their revenue model, someone visiting imageshack makes them more money than someone just seeing an image posted in line, but now, they have made the direct link to images require another click through.
This serves only to inconvenience users, in the hope of making them more ad revenue. I really resent this kind of change in service, and it somewhat contributes to dumbing down the internet population.
Does anyone know another image rehosting service that 1. Has a firefox extension to support right click uploading, 2. makes it easy to get the url for the direct link to the image, and 3. is pretty fast.
