Remington 1100 vs 11-87

I need a new shotgun, as my old 1100 is getting pretty beat up. I've been using it for years and really love it, and I'm sad to see it go. Should I get another 1100 or is the new 11-87 really that much better? Anybody have experience with the new one? or preferably with both?

    I was looking at the 870 and it was pretty good but we also saw a benelli i forget the model but they were both pretty solid the benelli was made of all synthetic material which was nice and i think it was cheaper

    You'll definitely want to check out shotgunworld.com and ask this on the forums there. While there are a few enthusiasts here at PA, shotgunworld is solely for people like us. I'd recommend checking it out.
