Okay, so my old roommate had one, and I kinda wanna get one myself.

It's basically a grip-like handle with 4 "buttons" on springs for your fingers, and you use it to exercise your hand. I'm not exactly what it's for, either, but I figure it's something to do while code's compiling at work.

    Is it something akin to these?

    Called "grips". I think most sports resellers have them?

    I've seen them everywhere. Hell, there's a music store in town for me that has them.

    If you're looking at exercising your hands I would like to suggest a Powerball.

    It's addictive as hell and works out your entire arm.
