Hey guys. So I think my video card is busted...again.
I moved back from Alabama to DC yesterday (I was there for 6 weeks with the Air Force) and when I put the card back into my PC (I removed it and stored it properly in its original box) and booted the machine up, nothing happened. Everything moves, and makes the appropriate noises, except the card maintains 100% fan speed (not normal for this card).
Any ideas? Any way I could test this theory? Also, has anyone heard of problems with the card?
Thanks for the help.

Well, the way to see if it is your VC is to try your machine with a different video card/on-board video, and try your VC in another machine. If the video card works elsewhere, you know it's either a) a different part, or b) the interaciton between your motherboard and your video card.
