Rather than draw this out, simply put I have never actually been in a real relationship and there is someone that I find myself falling for. I just can't tell if she likes me, although she does seem to like to hang out with me/play videogames and such. That and I really don't know how to let her know i like her other than saying "Hey, i really like you" but i doubt that would go over well at all.........

It probably would go over better than any of the alternatives, regardless of her response.
People worry about friendships being destroyed because of revealing their attraction to the other person, but the truth is that they usually only breakdown because of how they act after being rebuffed.
I'm in a similar situation currently man. Sometimes it's INSANELY hard to tell. Sometimes it's super easy. Currently the girl I'm super interested in, we've only had one date, but it was an insanely successful date I'd say. She seemed to have a really good time, and I was having a blast. I have NO idea how she feels about me though, but I'm super crazy about her. I'm gonna just man up this weekend when/if date 2 occurs, you should do the same.
ok, since it was asked how old i am, im 19, shes same age. We live on the same floor in our college dorm so i end up walking down the hall to hang out and stuff..... never really made anything formal in any way about dates, just ask if she wanted to hang out.

I like you. Do you like me?
___ Yes
___ No
"No? Alright, that's fine. Anyway..."
Being casual is key.
Here you go.
ask her "hey, I have a lot of fun with you, would you want to [do something] some time?"
either that or if you're a hell of a lot ballsier than this thread would imply, wait for the next time she's lost in your eyes and go in for the kiss
no mention of a boyfriend, no complications. Man up, ask her.
