Good games have great parts that revolutionize it's genre, while others have mediocre additions we ALL could do without.
Kingdom Hearts: The flying Gummi Ship sections and anything to do with Gummi Ships period. Flying and building especially when it takes sooo long to figure it out for such a tiny reward. I hated that if you died while flying it sent you back.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl: The Great Maze and Wi-Fi issues. EVERY LEVEL that you have just done condensed into a horrible and LAZY maze to end a great story mode. Then the fact that they implemented online play (YAY) but it has horrible lag (BOO). The rest of the game is fine (needed more characters i.e. Isaac from Golden Sun) but these two drag it DOWN.

Before you got to Lemuria (the grand city of legend), you have to fight Poseidon and earn your way in. But of course they can't let you hit him unless you collect 3 pieces scattered among the world. THEN when you finally do get to the other gate... its a decaying city. Foggy, gray, sad and depressing.
