There are a lot of other things it would be helpful to know. What type of jewelry are you wearing? By "ring" do you mean a circular barbell? Is the barbell simply swaying back and forth or has the actual angle of the hole in your septum changed shape? If it's the former, you can gently easy it back where you want it while you soak it in sea salt (which you should be doing as part of your aftercare anyway). Basically, the warm water will help you move the jewelry slightly (don't make a habit of doing this). If the actual angle of the piercing is moving there is something very wrong (this is probably not what's happening). Go see a reputable piercer immediately.
Have you considered wearing a septum retainer while it heals? I had mine pierced at 8 gauge with a retainer and it healed really quickly because it never got bumped or moved accidentally.

I have a circular barbell inserted right now. Right now it hovers over my upper lip where as before it would sit on my lip.
