Ok, so I've been playing Colonization, and I started to think of another game. Strategy game. It had to do with settling the New World. You could play as either Natives or Europeans. The kicker was, if you played as the Natives, you could only gain access to gunpowder units after kicking a certain amount of European ass. Any ideas?
