Small Claims Court on Monday, just looking for experiences

So the company I work for is suing another company in small claims this Monday. It's basically a company refusing to pay a commission for a job we gave them despite multiple e-mails stating they will pay (they basically screwed up the job so bad they had to eat some of the profits and are simply using our commission to recoup their losses).
What I'm actually here for is advice and personal experience on the whole "making a day" out of the case. We have to be there at 8:00am, but the docket is full of other things for that time as well (tickets, other small claims).
Basically, how much time will be given to the case by the judge? Do small claims go first or do the tickets go first? It's a non-jury trial as well. It's basically me and the owner representing our company against the defendant who is bringing her attorney with her (which isn't necessary for a small claims case).
Any experience with this? I'm confident but a little jittery, I feel like an Ace Attorney ready to lay out some truth (I'm so sorry).
