Floating Bridge Tremolo

Yeah, I got a floating bridge tremolo. ZR Tremolo on a Ibanez S series.
However, I want to switch out my current .10 gauge to a .12 gauge set of strings.
I read something about string tension and I just have no idea.
Fixed bridge is just so much simpler to string up.

Can somebody help me figure out what to do with the string tension? Pointers, tips, anything?

If you've never set/strung up a floating bridge I would go to a music store and pay someone to do it while you watch, it can be tricky and is definitely time consuming. And because you want to switch string gauges you definitely want a professional to look at that else you risk messing up the tremolo.
