Computer Won't POST

Just built a computer with these specs:

ECS NF650iSLIT-A (V1.0) LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
ASUS EN8800GT GeForce 8800 GT 512MB
Antec True Power Trio TP3-650 650W
Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 2.53GHz
G.SKILL 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) (2 sticks)
Western Digital 160GB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Drive
DVD Burner

Everything is plugged in and dandy as far as I can tell. When I press the button, the case fans, the chipset fan, the CPU fan, and the 3d card fan spin up, but the computer does not POST. The CD drive also functions fine. The monitor is getting no input from the 3d card. I tried a USB to PS/2 adapter on the keyboard and that didn't do anything. I also swapped out the RAM for the stuff in my own computer (nothing different) and swapped out the video card for the one in my comptuer (also nothing different). At this point the suspects are the CPU, the mobo, and some sort of loose connection somewhere, as far as I know, but if the mobo was bad, it seems weird that stuff like the chipset fan would function correctly. There is no beep or anything out of the mobo and I'm 99.9999% sure that the BIOS reset jumper is set to the normal position, not the "flip out and go crazy" position.

Any help?

Are you sure the motherboard doesn't need another plug somewhere else on the motherboard?

Edit: Looking at it on Newegg, it looks like there's another power plug right by the rear ports, is that plugged in?
