In Opera (I think it was Opera) you can set a tab to refresh after x amount of time.

What I want to know is if there is a way to this in firefox because I dont like having to press F5 every 15 seconds until the site I'm looking at updates.

    ReloadEvery is an extension that does just that. There's probably others that do the same.
