I saw the vaultboy hand puppets in the PAX video and was wondering how I can get one (curse me for living on the east coast). I checked ebay but didn't find one.
Long answer: They were only given out at PAX for attending the screening or the booth at the end of the show. You could petition Bethesda to start selling them but to be honest since they were limited edition I doubt that'd work. Sorry duder.

I didn't even get one and I was ten feet from the puppet handing out
Someone posted some extended pics of it, and noted that it's rather shabbily constructed... it looks like, with some basic sewing skills and hunting for the correct kinds of fabric, you could duplicate it.
The question would be if you have the sewing skills. I'm betting someone here at H/A does and can help you with this if you don't. (Sadly, I roll 0's at sewing... I had a surge of optimism in the aforementioned thread where I thought I might try, but I don't know a backstitch from a backhoe. )
Take a look at those pics, and you (or someone here) may be able to "reverse engineer" it if you will, for the purpose of personal use only of course.
