Bad hardware?

Ok looks like the wife's pc is having some problems. Her PC within the past 3 months has been hard locking at random. Doesnt matter if she's playing WoW, doing a power point show for her school or surfing the interwebz. Another piece of the puzzle is that 2-3 times a week the system will just shutdown with out notice or BSOD screen. First thought was heating issue but under load she runs at 42-45 Cel. so I dont think that's the issue. Her spec's are MSI K8n Neo 4 plat. mobo, nvidia 7950gt, 4 gig's of corsair mem. 120 gig hard drive and a Aethna 520 watt psu, AMD 3200 processor.

I know it could be a psu problem but was trying to find other possible causes. I have reseated everything in the tower, ran a memtest over night with no bad sectors, blown the tower out with air, opened the psu up to clean out and check for damage. I could still change out her video card and try to see if that help's with the issue.

Any advice from all you uber tech's out there? Much thanks.

Have you tried any other types of diagnostics? What platform is she running off? I'm assuming windows?

I'd like to offer more advise, but not sure if you've ran any spy ware/virus programs...checked for bad registry values? In any case, regardless of the problem I've always enjoyed a good ol' reformat myself =)

edit: current voltages, and how much secondary storage available
