Laptop charger

Howdy folks, I have a problem with my laptop charger...it won't work. Usually when I plug it into the outlet, a green light turns on, but it doesn't do that anymore, and it doesn't charge my computer. This is the second time my charger has stopped working (this one is actually a new one Dell sent me about a month ago because my first one stopped working). Can anyone give me some advice?

By the way, I have a Dell Inspiron 1520, if that helps at all.

    Call Dell again and ask for another one. Sorry, but if something like that goes pop, there's not really a DIY. Fixing a broken plug on the motherboard is easier than troubleshooting one of those; and probably safer too.
