Strange ringtone - "Roaming Call"

I own a Motorola KRZR and have Verizon as my service provider. Recently when I've had someone call me, instead of my regular "The Office" theme song ringtone, I instead have some weird mechanized female voice just repeat "Roaming call" over and over again (I assume this happens when I'm roaming, of course, given the ringtone).

In short, I find it really annoying and would like to change it. I've tried using Google and other tools but to no avail. Does anyone know if I can go into my cell phone and change this?

I'm not sure how to change it on a Krzr but it could be they don't let you change it, so that way you always know you're roaming and aren't tricked into the charges.

I would ask Verizon, especially since roaming, unless outside of your country, is pretty much dead these days.
