A client of mine wants an area to store board meeting notes, agendas, etc. Natually, a wiki would be great.

I plan on installing the wiki and then locking it down with a .htpsswd file - any suggestions on SIMPLE, LIGHTWEIGHT & attractive wikis?

Why not use Sharepoint? A wiki seems like shoehorning your club foot in a pair of Italian loafers.

Um, I asked for a wiki. Thanks for recommending an inelastic shitty microsoft product though!

We use MediaWiki at work for our internal note and documentation tracking system. It's free, easy to configure, fairly robust if you go into in-depth configurations.... should fit the bill for what you're looking for, or at least get you to a starting point where you can figure out what you want that it won't provide.

I have almost no experience with this but I've had a good experience with PBwiki.

    Tiddlywiki might work.
