wedding gift advice

So, I'm getting married in a little over a week, and since I'm a procrastinator I need to get gifts for my ushers/best man, as well as a gift for my fiance for the rehearsal dinner. Any ideas on either would be appreciated.

Side note: 3 of my ushers either do not drink/are not drinkers, so the typical "flask" gift wouldn't really work.

Thanks!

A week? Jeez, and I thought I was cutting it close. However, person in the same situation previous to the rescue. Got a budget limit?

    Mugs/Glasses/Steins
You can put more than beer in a mug. For names, etched on the glass or inlaid pewter are both good.

    Leatherman/pocketknife/multitool
A good one, something that comes in a nice leather pouch and has a good guarantee.

    Money clip
If they're ballin' and you're not, this is a cheap but thoughtful gift to let them keep their mad stacks under control, yo.

    Luggage/travel set/weekender bag
    These can get pricey

    Cigar flask
Not likely, if they don't drink I'm betting they don't smoke hoagies. (Or blunts.)

    Whatever it is, monogram/personalize it.

Peregrine has some great ideas for your groomsmen

I think some earrings/other jewelry would be great for your fiancée, especially if you suggest it could be her "something new"

Last wedding I was in, the wedding party got some shaving stuff, soap, deodorant, black socks... useful things in general, especially right before a wedding. Thought it was a pretty cool idea, as all things were useful because everyone could get immediate use out of it.

Also? Pocky. Because pocky is delicious.

Shit, I completely glossed over the "gift for fiancée" part of that.

Thankfully Usagi nailed it. Jewelry, earrings, necklace, bracelet, the "something new" if she buys into that rhyme.

I missed this the first time (think you meant stogies), but I am laughing so hard at the image of somebody smoking a sandwich

We bought our men ushers wallets, cuff-links and aftershave in a gift set, and our best man one of those leather toiletry bags that you can hang on bathroom doors. The bridesmaids got jewelery to wear on the day, and our women organising people (including Mistress of Ceremony - my best friend, who loved the title!) those silver angel dangly things that have lovely sayings on them, room fragrance sticks and Angel (Thierry Mugler) perfume. My present (as re-bride, cos it was a re-wedding/vow renewal after 25 years of being married) was a new wedding ring with lots of diamonds (13)(not superstitious), LP's daddy's present was prescription scuba goggles and lessons. We don't do rehearsal dinners in the UK, just wedding rehearsals.

Cuff-links and money clips are definitely the two things I would hope to receive as a gift, and was going to recommend. The great thing about them is they will definitely get use, where as a wallet and luggage, for example, might be something best left for them to purchase themselves due to taste.

Money clips are always good. I actually took the practical route and game Best Buy gift cards, since I knew those wouldn't end up in anyone's sock drawer.

my fiances going to put about $50 towards video games for each of his groomsmen... but theyre all uber nerds :D ok, maybe it was my suggestion for him to do cuz I thought it was brilliant and all

Bride's/fiances gift.... really nicely written poem or letter, sentimental, about how much you love her blahblahblah, given to her either the night before or the morning of (give it to one of her bridal party gals to give to her, since you aren't supposed to see her before ze wedding)
