What should be my next move?

Yep, a girl thread. Please bare with me.

So there's a cute gamestop girl that I had seen every so often whenever I dropped by that particular gamestop. Turns out she actually rents movies at my work, and we sort of got to talking. I ended up getting her name, and I sort of made it a point to drop in a bit more frequently at her work to try to talk to her and get to know her. We would have conversations that lasted about 30 minutes or so, and sometimes she would drop by my work to rent something and we would talk for a bit.

This lasted for about 3 weeks, when I decided to ask her out. Sorta. We where talking about Choke, and how much she loved it. She said she wanted to see the movie again, I said I hadn't seen it, but maybe we should check it out together. It caught her off guard it seemed, and she said something along the lines of "Maybe, we'll see." I figured that was her way of blowing me off nicely, and later in the week when she dropped by work to rent something, she didn't hung out like usual and left right away. So I figured that was the end of it.

Today she drops by to rent, and to also return the 3rd season of It's Always Sunny...which I had let her borrow. I'm helping a customer when she hands me the season and thanks me, and I figured she'll leave. Instead she waits around, and we get to talking. She actually ends up spending about 3 hours with me and the other two guy working, just shooting the breeze, talking about random stuff. She's not really giving me extra attention or anything, it was just basically all four of us talking and having fun. Before she leaves she mentions she's going to a nearby bar to meet some friends, and we should join her after we get off. Sadly since we close late, and I work in the morning I wasn't able to do so.

So yeah, basically what should my next move be? Should I try to ask her out again, maybe more directly? Or should I just try to be her friend, which would be cook, since she's a really cool girl. Opinions?

Ask her out again. Worst that happens is she says "I guess you didn't get the hint, I'm not interested", and then you say "Alright, so you excited about fallout 3?"

um... you asked her out and got rebuffed. That sucks, but it happens. I would just keep doing what you're doing. If she asks you to hang out with people, go for it. But I probably wouldn't ask her out again.

Say "Sorry I wasn't able to join you last time; it would've been fun, but I had to work the next morning. Maybe we could hang out (day that you're free)?" If she says no, drop it and continue chatting with her as a fun casual acquaintance. If she says yes, you can worry about whether to try for a date or just a friendship.
