Silly Excel question for work

So, I'm trying to work on a project, and we've been using seperate workbooks for each file we've been working on. Now we want to consolidate them into a single workbook. This wouldn't be a problem, except each page on the workbook only has six cells, and all of our spreadsheets are bigger than that. I can't figure out how to increase the size of a single page to allow a full spreadsheet into it.

Can anyone help an excel noob?

I'm a little confused, but it sounds like you're having problems setting the print area or scaling the print area to the page. I use a combination of view -> page break preview. File -> set print area, file -> page setup and file -> print preview to get what i want on the page.

Insert cells? Your question doesn't make much sense.

Are you worried about how it's going to print out? Well, there's a combination of solutions to that, and it's hard to say what you might need. But yeah, adjust your view settings would be my first recommendation.

I don't understand what it means for a worksheet to only have six cells. But, if that really is the case, have you just tried copying and pasting what you want into cell A1? It might add cells that way, or else just add rows/columns yourself.

I was at work when I typed that, so I was hurrying to type it.

No Page Break Preview for the mac version I'm using. Pasting doesn't work, it goes into a second sheet.

I found a somewhat workable solution, it will have to do. Thanks for the help all.
