The FAQ on the Sumo web site claims that "nothing will stain it" and that you should just wipe it down with a cloth and soapy water. So yeah, you're fine with a hose and air-drying it.
Cat pee is usually best targeted with an enzyme cleaner like Natures Miracle from a pet store. There's another brand too that some people swear by but I can't remember its title.
I don't have any idea what this will do to kevlar. But if you want your cat to not pee on it again (cats will keep going where they smell pee residue) you'll need to get rid of the imperceptible smell with an appropriate cleaner made for cat pee.
im unfamiliar with sumo bean bags but a quick tip:
you can (if you can open it) add potpouri or some other scented mix (scented candle shavings) to the bean portion of it and it will exude a much nicer smell. you can also use this trick with the bottom side of couch cushions but i dont suggest wax for that as it can melt on a hot day and stick to the fabrick (once again if you can open your couch cushions.

I do not know why I didn't think to check there first.

Thank you.
I will give it a brilliant scrubbing.
I miss sleeping on that thing sooooo much.
They cast a shadow like a sundial in the morning light. It was half past 10.
