Yes I think any parasite should be removed. Getting rid of Dagon would be the best option right now.
Moocher's are not good. We can probably safely assume that they use the ideas of other people rather than coming up with their own, and in this kind of society that is not appreciated. The Dagon has a right to defend himself, but for our own good and the safety of our personal ethics we may want to get rid of him soon.

You had information he was good? Unless you have some self-preservatory reason to not share this, you may want to give it to a couple people via PM. If Dagon is evil (and you die) we will want to know that source to fully measure the appropriate reaction.
