How to convert a Word Document to PDF?

Anyone know an easy way to convert a Word Document to PDF? I have all the Adobe software, upghrades installed.

If you use Office 2007, you can download an official Microsoft-plugin for Word here.

You need a PDF writer of some fashion. Most of them work through the print dialogue.

Another possibility that just came to mind would be to open the MS Word Document in OpenOffice and export to PDF from there.

You can also upload the document to google docs and then export it to a PDF. >.>
