Has anyone found a phone number where I can actually talk to a live person about my guitar? All I'll found is an RMA form at Red Octane, and they want me to gather all this crap together, PAY to ship it to them, just to get a working product.
This is bullshit. I'm not putting any more of my money into a product that was defective out of the box.

Thanks in advance for any input.
My experience is limited, but I tried to RMA my Les Paul from GH3 when it started giving me some wonky behavior. They tried to get me to pay to ship it to them, and they'd fix/replace it and ship it to me when they felt like it. Shipping was going to be $15, and after putting it off for a while, I eventually just decided I didn't care. I hope someone else can give you better advice, but at least I can say that you're not alone here.
