Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of destruction was alright. Up your arsenal was the high-point in the series in my opinion though, as tools of destruction is really easy and the weapon upgrade system was changed but not for the better.
How was Tools of Destruction? I enjoyed all the Ratchet and Clank games, but it was starting to feel played out by the time of Up Your Arsenal.
I think Final Fantasy needs lay down for the eternal sleep now.
e: actually, maybe not the entire FF franchise, but Tetsuya Nomura needs to die in a fire.
e2: Conversely, more Psychonauts, please.
seriously, was Tools of Destruction good or not?
Tools of Destruction is awesome. I never finished the second game (or even played the third) because I started playing ToD in the middle of the second one (I stopped playing for a while and couldn't pick it back up) so I wasn't tired of it at all
I think Tools of Destruction is a better game than Mario Galaxy. In fact, I was just about to play some ToD

I want to pick up the PSN game (Quest for Booty or something), but I know as soon as I buy it it'll go on sale

I tried playing Size Matters on PS2, but it just feels like a portable game so I'll wait until I get a PSP to play it

Deadlocked wasn't that great but the rest of the Ratchet games are pretty sweet.
I liked the Jak games a little more though. The first two, at least.

I loved the first Jak & Daxter. 100%ed it.
I hated the second one (didn't bother with the third). I can't ever get into GTA-type games and I don't know why they had to turn the series into that instead of just making a new series
If they ever make a PS3 one I hope it goes back to the first game's gameplay

Well you definitely didn't miss anything in the 3rd one. Speaking as somebody who really liked the second game, they took a huge shit on the pretty good story and toned the difficulty way down.
My favorite is probably the 2nd one although I haven't played the original in years. Very pretty games though.

I often consider who is the biggest douche in the Dynasty Warriors games. It always comes down to Cao Cao and Gan Ning, who are both total fucking assholes. God I hate Cao Cao.

he is a motherfucking pirate that wears bells so people can hear him coming
I loved Dynasty Warriors 4, it was pretty much the only ps2 game I actually owned when I had a ps2.
This one time we played the Duel mode.
I beat everyone with the little girls with the fans. Contrary to popular belief those little fans when they spin around you are fucking awesome.

the Dynasty Warriors games are fucking awesome and i will not allow anyone to malign their good name in my presence
I just remembered that one of those little girls with the fans yells "SUPER MOVE!" when she does her muso power, and then curls into a little ball and spins whilst in mid air going forward with her fan spinning around her chopping people.

One thing that always confused me is how terrible the Samurai Warriors offshoot was. They really cocked those ones up.

and I had to play through it too because the game developers had to lock half the damn characters

Love me some Ratchet and Clank though.
I can't wait for the second one
Because...
Dynasty Warrior.
Actually I hated the last two games of theirs I played so maybe I miss Team Ico more. Either way, I don't regret getting a 360.
I liked the dialogue and yes it is a very pretty but I just couldn't get into the combat.
no fuck you this is wrong you're wrong
Lu Bu is the baddest of the bad. Seeing him charging at you on his red horse is the scariest thing I've encountered in a game.
Ma Chao is my homeboy
clearly, that would be why they sell so poorly
right?
Now we gotta fight two hundred bouts.
