Oil + Khakis = ??? (Stain removal)

So, was eating a salad at work. Some oil + vineagar managed its way to my pants.
Figured I'd just toss it in the washer when I got home and call it a day.

Wellllll, I check the dryer this morning and there is a dark spot where the oil was.

Are my pants doomed to forever look like I juiced them? Is there hope to remove this tainted spot?
I love these pants, and google only showed up stuff to do if they weren't put in the dryer already. (Sue me, I'm a guy I figure the washer gets everything out.)

I need tips! Is there some secret remedy or witches brew!?

Use whatever means you would've used before washing and drying. Here are a few tips. Dawn and purpose-specific stain removers like Shout have worked for me. Multiple treatments may be necessary to completely remove the stain. Do not run it through the dryer again until you're sure the stain is out.

Try washing up (dish washing) liquid neat on the mark, leave it for a while, then wash as normal.
