Bought! Although I've never played a Dragon Quest before. Here's hoping for some old school RPG goodness.
It is really the textbook definition of old-school RPG goodness. If you've never played DQ, you're in for a treat; the closest analog is probably somewhere between FF4 and Earthbound. But the DQ series set the standards for pretty much all JRPGs, so you're getting it straight from the source, and DQIV is regarded by many as the best in the series.

Very cool. Between DQ4 and yet another play through of Chrono Trigger it looks like I'll be in old school heaven for quite some time.

I bought 2. One to keep and one to trade on goozex. Its currently sitting at 800 points, which is about double the value. Plus, when Chrono Trigger DS comes out, it'll probably be 800 points, which by the transitive property means I bought Chrono Trigger for $20.

Assuming that by the time a loose copy of Chrono Trigger makes it to your doorstep from Goozex, the game hasn't already price-dropped by then.

This is definitely Bought'd. I was gonna wait until after Christmas because I got Chrono Trigger in a couple weeks, with Mirror's Edge this week, and World of Goo still yet to be bought on Wiiware, and Okami rereleased on PS2, and maybe Left4Dead if my wallet hasn't been thoroughly raped by the time November is done...
but a DS Square Enix game at half price? One that I was gonna buy later anyway? Sweet. :P
I so wish that I had an extra $20 to spend on this, but I've already gone over my gaming budget this month so my wife would kill me if I bought this as well.
Actually, forget that. I so wish I had an extra $40 to buy this - one for me, one for goozex. Even if the demand on goozex drops, I'm sure you could get drastically more than its worth in points.
I totally bought this and a copy of watchmen.
I read watchmen years ago already, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to have a physical copy of it lying around.
DQIV + Watchmen for less than the $40 square-tax non-sense? Yes please.
Picked up DQ4 and Battlestar Galactica Season 2.0 for the collection. Already picked up Castlevania, and it rocks, but be forewarned, it's tough. You will have to grind sometimes.

In a thread about Dragon Quest, I don't think anyone is a stranger to grinding.

So Square-Enix just released their new 1st quarter release dates for the US:
Star Ocean 2 PSP remake - January 6th
Dragon Quest 5 DS remake - February 17th
new Star Ocean game for the 360 - March 3rd
new Valkyrie Profile game for the DS - March 17th
Even though I bad mouth DQ5, I'll probably still get it anyway. Even one of the worst non-spinoff Dragon Quest games is still better than most RPGs out there.
And those Star Ocean remakes on the PSP are sure tempting. I've heard good things about the new Valkyrie Profile game as well.
Got it earlier this week and finally popped it in for a while.
...
Yeah, I just can't play Dragon Quest games. I've played a bunch of rpgs, but I can't deal with not seeing your characters in battle, and the painfully slow progression kills me. I thought maybe it was just 8, but no, it's just like 4. It's charming as hell, I just can't play it.

You will not be let down sir.

Give me something to do while visiting the parents over Christmas, since I'm not bringing my Wii with me this year.
Because really, my problem right now is that I just don't have enough games to play already.
/sigh

I'm flipping it on Goozex.
