Is there a Fallout 3 soundtrack? Im curious because I've fallen in love with many of the old songs from the game and find myself looking them up on youtube just to listen to them. I looked at Amazon, but that didn't come up with anything. So does anyone know if A) it exists and B) how to get it?

This is a list of all the old songs:

So you can track them down one by one. The actual soundtrack by Inon Zur is a bunch of .mp3 files in your Data\Music folder if you want those.

There is a Fallout 3 soundtrack CD, you could get it by buying the pre-order box.

I didn't get it either, and I really want it.

That one only comes with like 4 songs though so don't pine for it too much. And half of those songs are just mp3s in the folder I already mentioned.

Oh, well thanks for that, then. I thought I'd seriously missed out on something cool. (And by cool I mean I'd listen to it once and never again.)

Eve Online soundtrack. That's something they need to put out on CD.

Butcher Pete (and Roy Brown) is extraordinarily dirty for that era.

You know it is. I didn't realize what the song was about until about the 10th or so time I heard it and I actually listened to the lyrics.

Also, thanks for the info fellas.

Sorry if this is off-topic, and it's not on CD, but you can actually extract all the files from the resMusic.stuff file in the main EVE folder. You need a program called exSTUFF Explorer to do it, and they're in OGG format, but they're all there.

That's the blasted program. A friend of mine had done it, and I'd been unable to get those files since. Guess I need to download Eve, extract those files then uninstall again. ;P

Lewie and I went to the Fallout 3 talk at PAX - I just sat singing along with the songs (hated the game, too violent for me). I'm not that old, I blame my mum!
