Ok. So i am helping populate this SAP system for a company. If you are familiar with SAP maybe someone can help me.

I work mostly in the QC and QP functions for forming a Certificate of Analysis. We have come across an error when we go to print a CoA (not all the time but we have found a handful) where it gives us the error "Month entered is incorrect" when in actuallity the month/entire date is no different that the other 1000 CoA's i just printed.

Anyone have an idea?

(tried playing with the date and checked the creation dates on the problem batches, no luck)

O_o

It's more of a coral or a salmon

The company should have both functional and technical resources available to troubleshoot things like this. Given SAP's inherently massive complexity, there are a billion things that could be going wrong here and you'd probably be much better off checking with those resources to diagnose the issue, since they have direct access to the system and can easily troubleshoot/debug if necessary.

Dude, this is the wrong forum for that. Find an SAP specific forum, or go sign up for Experts Exchange, or call your support/reseller team.

Now if you have questions about Windows server administration, SharePoint, SQL, T-SQL, Microsoft Dynamics (Mainly GP), Cisco/Juniper network gear, MS desktop admin, hardware issues, etc...then let me know :)

    Good luck!
