PC keeps rebooting when attached to wireless modem

Hey Geeks,
Need some help. My computer usually works fine with my wireless adapter, but now it will not stop rebooting itself continuously as long as its plugged in, and will only work in safe mode without networking. When I unplug the device, the pc works fine. but of course then I can't get internet. What could be causing this? P.S. on my brothers computer which is the main hub of our connection and seems to be working fine.
