Suppose I've got some data in cell C3, that is derived from a formula like, =SUM(C1,C2). If I select C3 and ctrl-c crtl-v elsewhere, I end up copying the formula, which is not what I want. Is it possible to select and copy the data and not the formula? If so, how? TIA for any advice!

Solved!

If anyone else wants to know, once you've copied, you need to "paste special -> values". Hooray for the internet!
