Can't buy Episode 1 from XBLA

I was going to buy both episodes today, but it turns out I can't buy the first episode off Xbox Live Arcade anymore. Is this intentional or what? I don't intend to buy the second episode without the first, that seems kind of silly.

    Thats strange. I was going to buy a 306 for tihs games (and fallout 3). It´s just idiotic of them to take the episode away from Live like that.

    With the NXE rollout, some items in the Marketplace are unavailable. Give it a day or two. Whatever the 'problem' is, it's not with Ep. 1 specifically.

    EDIT:
    You might also want to try to queue the download from the Marketplace via Xbox.com. There were some things I wanted to buy that were unavailable, but I was able to get them through the website.
