Broken TV?

In the last 48 hours, my TV has started having funny green patches in the corners of the screen. Two days ago, it was just a small patch in the bottom left and right corners. Last night, it was almost completely gone except for a small patch in the bottom left corner. This morning, about half my screen is green.

It's not an opaque green, but more of a colour distortion towards the green shade.

Any ideas on what this might be? Is my TV crapping out altogether, or is something like this repairable?

Remove the magnets (unshielded speakers) from the sides of your TV...

if theres no unshielded magnets near your TV then your TVs CRT gun could just be dying (depends on how old the TV is)

you *MAY* possibly be able to get a repair man out which "degausses" your tv if i remember correctly, he basically wraps wires around it and gives it an electrical charge or something. Should fix the "stuck" burned in electrons on the screen.
