Someone needs to photoshop a Deathclaw leaping at Pony's character from behind.
I'm a big fan of clipboards myself. Nothing like using a quarterly earnings report or someone's medical records to end the life of a raider or ugly.

I was hoping you'd be able to find some sort of log of the early days.
Wouldn't be a bad idea to learn on the Oblivion Construction Set, but you know, the GECK is coming out this month so unless you have a lot of free time you wouldn't have much learning opportunity before the GECK is released. It's really pretty easy, I have about zero programming skill and picked it up without too much trouble (trial and error, of course, but an easy learning curve).

It's easy as hell. The only thing you need to unlock is the ability to wear power armor. Also, as mentioned a bazillion times, the game basically tells you: "Right in there's the final encounter". Just don't go.
Then, go to the man from the Commonwealth and tell him that Harkness is the android. After getting the perk, as he walks away, vaporize him and his bodyguard.
Cool thanks for that, picking it up tonight 8-)
I just remembered that I've been collection nuka cola trucks...
Now at level 14, I also feel rather badass most of the time. My first Super Mutant battle was a "holy shit holy shit holy shit!" affair. Now it's pop pop pop and off with their heads. So that's fun.

Gah! I hate myself for clicking spoilers.
I finished that quest the other night, but without actually finding out who the android is. Now I know. Rats.

I also figured "Oh, I've done this" and clicked.
And now I can't unlearn it. :x

You have to go north past the citadel (if you are coming from Arlington library), and then south through a subway station. You basically have to go all the way to the north of the highlighted part of the map that seems to mark Arlington.
Speech, because it affects the One-Liner skill.
Go ahead. Make my day.

I’m thinking maybe Repair so that the .32s I’ll be stuck shooting early on will actually do some damage.

Good point - Repair will also ensure that anything you don't want can be fixed up enough to be sold for more .44/.32 ammo.

Modelling and texturing are skills that have nothing to do with Oblivion, Fallout, or any other game. If you can model or texture for one game you can model and texture for another. It's like asking if writing for Oblivion is difficult. There's no such thing as writing for Oblivion; there's just writing that you intend to put into Oblivion and writing you don't intend to put into Oblivion.
Yep, I just started with GameFly myself.
The manual is free online through Steam. Just find the Fallout 3 page and there's a link in Resources or something that'll let you download it without owning the game.
ed: actually that used to be in the OP, I'll dig out the link and post it here and there

So go download a mod. There are several that let you use "similar" weapons instead of identical types, and some even let you use scrap metal to repair stuff.
Oh I do!
No reason to complain--since when has Bethesda gotten game balance right?

I usually try to do my first playthrough of a game "vanilla" without mods, even for balance - but I'm seriously tempted to find something that will let me use regular ARs to repair my Chinese AR. Reduce the effect, sure, but at least let me combine them.
