Help my flatmate identify an old game she used to like

I know very little about it, except it's very old, 3rd person, and in the 'commando' lines of gaming. As in, you control a guy and have to stealth around, avoiding or quietly killing bad guys. It's set in the wild west. She mentioned that after a short while she did find a woman who joined her party. I imagine it's isometric pre-rendered sprites.
