    MST3K started in 1988... It's biggest run and its Peabody and Emmys were in the early 90's. I'd count it as the 90's.

    There were also a fuckton of miniatures. Really, pretty much everything was created in miniature form. Which is why it amused me when some of the snobbier newspaper reviews used some of the scenes in which miniatures prevailed as an example of how CG is ruining movies, proving they had absolutely no idea what they were talking about.

    As for the 90s...I can't really recall any TV show or music that I own that originates from the 90s. Some good films, though.
