Am I not using my video card to the fullest?

First of all, heres specs:
nForce 790i Motherboard
9800GTX+ and a regular 9800GTX XXX Edition (Factory Overclocked) in SLI
Intel Core 2 Duo e8400.

Now, I have my 9800GTXs over clocked via EVGA Precision, and also out of the need to have my fan speed to 100. (If I didnt, they would overheat and completely crash my computer.)

I noticed EVGA precision says my Memory Clock is at 1100 (max of 1707).
But Newegg says the 9800GTX+ has a memory clock of 2200MHz.

Should I clock it up? Thanks for the help. :)

That's because it is DDR and as such it runs at 2x1100

In other words it's working as intended.
