Car question

Hey guys, just had a quick car question. I've been researching cars for quite some time and I just stumbled on this '04 civic hatchback and I was wondering if this was a solid deal or too good to be true?

Also, any personal experience with the more recent civics would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Oh yeah, I suppose a link would be pretty awesome too right?

    The Blue Book for such a car is over 13k. It may either be a loss leader, but if they actually have that one still, make very sure they give you a fresh CarFax report.

    Aww damn, I didn't even see that. Oh well so much for that one then. Thanks for picking up on that since I was seriously considering heading out to that place tomorrow morning. Looks like it's back to the drawing board for me
