I'm still at work (5 fucking A.M.!), but I'm gonna do the update in the OP once I get home.

You're missing some RB DLC? Well boo-fricking-hoo. Here's what the SCEE stores still don't have:
Penny Arcade Adventures Ep 1
Penny Arcade Adventures Ep 2
Super Street Fighter II HD
Lumines Supernova
Echochrome patch
Blast Factor patch
El Fantastico: The PS3 isn't getting the DLC, it's 360/PC exclusive. It'll probably be included in the inevitable Fallout 3: GOTY edition but who knows when that'll come out.
Exclusive DLC is one of the dumbest things about this generation. Why would anyone buy a gimped version of a game?
...
So I may as well sell my Fallout 3 to a video game store now because there's no extra content likely to come to the PS3 version? 3 fucking "expansions" of content and not one of them is for the PS3? Remind me never to buy anything from Bethesda again in the future...

This was known well before release.
Exclusivity should be an all-or-nothing deal. Make the whole damn game exclusive, or make it the same on all platforms and release it on the same day and offer the same support post-release.
Add Konami ps1 games to that list. Yeah, I know every region is missing out on something, but it really does feel like Europe got shafted. Hard. Again.
I was really expecting us to get SFII HD.
We can buy pre paid cards from Amazon or whereever, of course, and there's a reason we're not getting Konami stuff, but still. It's just annoying.
As for exclusive DLC, I can't really care about that. I didn't buy Fallout 3 hoping that some day I'd get extra content. I bought it to play the game on the disc. I might have tried out one of the DLC's, but I can't really get too upset about it. I do think the 'it was known beforehand' excuse is bull, though. The vast majority of people don't know that, and they shouldn't have to seek out information like that.
Exclusive DLC is probably going to become more prevalent, but it's still, from a completely naive and unlogical standpoint, just as annoying as the disparity in psn store content.
Let me tell you about Demon's Souls....
I'm usually pretty up to date on my gaming news. I do remember reading about the 3 DLC packs for the game, but must've somehow missed the part that it was PC/360 exclusive. As it is, the PS3 is a relatively new purchase in my house, and the only reason I got Fallout 3 for it at all was thanks to Amazon. They had a deal where the collector's edition was the same price as the regular game (woo! free metal lunchbox!)
I still thoroughly enjoyed the game and will probably go through it one more time playing evil instead of good, but the interest level is already cut in half by thinking about repeating some of the quests and knowing there's nothing extra coming to MY version of it.
One has to wonder what kind of perks Bethesda gets out of making the DLC exclusive because I'd almost be sure there's good money to be had making it available to all systems.

Microsoft pays money to make it exclusive. They are too cheap to buy full exclusive rights to the game so they pay to make DLC exclusive. Obviously the amount must be more than Bethesda estimated it would make for the PS3 DLC. I find this to be quite a dick move on Microsoft's part, but then again they didn't get to where they are now by playing nice.
Let me tell you about Demon's Souls....
WTF... Okay now I'm really pissed. I had no freaking clue that the dlc was going to be exclusive for 360. I got this for my PS3 because I usually have that on more often and, well, they didn't have a used copy for 360 when I was at the store. I assumed both consoles would get the same content because Oblivion did. Goddammit... fuck you Bethesda.
Um well known is a relative term.
I thought it was pretty well-known. Not that I think it's cool to have exclusive content, but it was my reason for choosing the 360 version over PS3.
I, honestly, had no idea it was 360 exclusive until this thread.

Although they did release a different street fighter on the store, maybe that's vaguely related.
Either way, if they delay it much longer, people are going to get CUT.

They clearly do have the infrastructure, seeing as they first submitted it to SCEE before the US version came out. The problems are that a) SCEE take 2 weeks to approve PSN games and b) They're picky fuckers. Capcom have probably submitted the PAL version of SF2HD to SCEE 3 or 4 times so far...
I wonder if it'll be as bad as Super Puzzle Fighter II HD... Capcom submitted it so many times they gave up trying for a few months, which is why we got it like 6 months after the US release.
When they get the fabled "global approval process" started, every region will apparently get PSN games simultaneously. The only problem is that they've been talking about that for around 2 years and yet we still don't have any results...
SAW776: Probably just more LBP costumes. The level packs (like the MGS one) will probably be released every 2-3 months, unless Sony get other studios to start making levels (the MGS one was done by Media Molecule).

Now when do us US guys get it?
@gamefacts - Totally and utterly true gaming facts on the regular!
Hey, I have a blog! (Actually being updated again!)

Last I heard, the US is getting it in late January. So no, not that lucky (unless your definition of lucky is that we won't have to wait 6 months).
Nope. Publishers usually deal with the rating boards a month or more before their game releases, which is why we sometimes get stuff leaked (like Suikoden's US PSN release). And they don't really have to deal with many regulations, most European countries use the PEGI rating system and the only one I know of that doesn't is Germany (who use the USK).
THey also have to deal with the Aus and NZ rating boards but even then, the NZ board only rates games that receive M15+ ratings in Aus.
Unco-ordinated, where have you heard about this late January release date for Flower?
We are getting Ultimate Ghosts 'n Goblins for PSP tomorrow.
John Diamonon of Capcom states this is just the beginning of many PS One and PSP Capcom games to come.

Oooh I hope we get Resident Evil 1 and 2. I never actually played 1 (played a teensy bit on my friend's PS1 during a party once), but I loved the PC version of RE2.
While I'm making a PS1 wish list, can we also get the first Galerians and T'ai Fu? I fuckin' loved T'ai Fu, and Galerians has sentimental value.
Steam ID : rwb36, Twitter : Werezompire,
Hope is delicious.
I'm not sure, may've been on the 1UP Show (where they also said Nobi Nobi Boy is coming out in January).
Anyway, Euro update is up and still no PA Adventures Ep 1 or 2, Lumines or SF2HD... What do they do at SCEE? Smoke crack all day? That'd probably explain David Reeves actually...
I almost wish I hadn't decided to look at the PSone list. I see Bushido Blade has been there for months now. I hope it comes over.
If you've got a Gamecube handy, really pick up the REmake for it. It's fantastically done.
