    Are you sure someone didn't mis-type GTFO?

    Because GTFO is a very, very common internet acronym for "get the fuck out" or "get the fuck off".

    I've never seen GFTO, however.

    http://www.urbandictionary.com/ is a good place for slang type things.

    http://www.acronymfinder.com/ has a lot of acronyms, even game-related ones.


    You can add a keyword search to Firefox by right clicking their search fields; somehow makes using them more appealing.
