Episode 2 PS3 Collector Item #6

Hi there, it is listed elsewhere that item #6 is
on a lamppost at the hobo section of the Estates
, which is the start of the zone. I cannot seem to get a magnifying glass to appear above the lamppost, is this the correct spot afterall? PS3 version.

    behind curtis there is a pile of garbage and a lamp post, look there.
