FallOut 3 wont play, update or uninstall..Vista

I have no idea what to do and I already googled it..But since I can't even update or uninstall the game it seems I am kinda fucked.

    I'd try manually deleting Fallout 3 if you think it was an installation error. Any files that won't let you delete them, use Unlocker to delete it. That should let you reinstall it.

    If it was just the won't play, I'd double check that your computer can actually run it. Update drivers of course. As many people have trouble with video cards that aren't supported.

    Well I click to play the game and it gives me "This program has stopped responding"

    I go to uninstall the game and I get a funny error code.

    Well you have the hardware but what error was it? Could give insight as to what could be preventing you from un-installing it. Also try deleting it in safe mode, but first that error.
