1.) Don't sign your posts. It's frowned upon here.
2.) Give your threads a descriptive title. "Question" only tells me you have a question, which separates you absolutely none of the other H/A threads.
The CSS files for the site are readily available, though I suspect it wouldn't be particularly ethical to lift them wholesale. You'd also have to code your site around the existing class definitions.
You'd probably be better planning a similar layout yourself, then using the same colours that the CSS file defines for backgrounds, etc.
Really, just read through the CSS and copy the elements you want to look the same.
Though, we still don't know what you're talking about.
