Does anyone know of any good Online methods of running a DnD campaign?
As the title suggests I'm looking for an easy to use downloadable program or a browser based program that allows for the viewing of a map and the rolling of dice where everyone can see the results.
I'm DM'ing a campain (Penny Arcade's fault for getting me back into it) and some of the people are in different parts of the world.

This is really more suited for Critical Failures, but RPTools is usually the go-to app for this sort of thing. Good luck!
Don't use OpenRPG. Use rptools.net, MapTool (and Token Tool). MapTool is everything that OpenRPG isn't. It's easy to use, scales well, and has way more features without contributing to unnecessary bloat. You can do far more with MapTools and it's easier to get things done.
I've used OpenRPG, ScreenMonkey, and a half a dozen other tools (the first two are the only tools still stuck on my hard drive) for remote gameplay, and MapTool blows them all out of the water. The only problem I have with it is that it is still technically in Beta.
We run a weekly Earthdawn and Castle Falkenstein campaign with MapTools, and it's the best solution we've found (used in conjunction with Ventrilo for VoIP).
Some games work fine with no visual aids whatsoever, but D&D's basically Diablo-meets-grognard-game these days. You can't play it without a map.
Well, to be fair, we'd also rather do badass things and not have things like distance and range effect my ability to take two mechs and smash them into eachother.
