PC lockup when I play games

I play Left4Dead and TF2, mostly, but in Need For Speed Pro Street, this happens too:

I'm playing, varying durations, and all of a sudden, my PC locks and my keyboard and mouse lights go out (G15 and Razer Copperhead). I've tried this with multiple peripherals, same thing.

I think it's overheating. My 8800GTX came back from RMA about a month back and was fine for a while. Now, though, I think it's overheating. I am 1 part shy of having my watercooling loop finished, so that will probably help, but can you guys think of ANYTHING else that would cause this to happen?

Other possibility: Power supply overheating or not providing enough power.

    Complete specs:

    Intel Q6700 w/ Zalman CNPS9500 (temps idle at 24C, load 34C)
    Asus P5E-VM HDMI
    4GB Geil Evo One DDR-1066
    Seagate 7200.11 500GB 32MB Cache
    Nvidia 8800GTX Ultra 768MB
    Razer Barracuda AC-1
PC Power and Cooling Silencer 610W

Doubt it's the PSU, but I'll buy a tester just in case.
