I know why I didn't see it at first, I was looking for typos. That's not really what I consider a typo, it's more of a grammatical error, IMO. Either way, thank you!
The serial comma (also known as the Oxford comma or Harvard comma) is the comma used immediately before a grammatical conjunction (nearly always and or or; sometimes nor) that precedes the last item in a list of three or more items.
I don't have my Chicago manual of style nearby to check if Wiki is right here.
Not unless the "America" in your location tag really means "America's hat" or "the place that America broke away from because if we're going to have taxes, we'll decide that for ourselves, thank you very much."

Aren't Oxford commas only used when there are three or more conjuncts? Wiki thinks so:

It's definitely an optional comma, though. Especially in a word balloon, which is supposed to simulate speech and commas are pauses and blah
